The company was started by and Bruner Noziere in May 2000 on registered number No 139 Reg. 9 (Commerce Department of Haiti), is going to be Incorporated in long terme as Canadian Firm. Registration in the Quebec under number: ................. . For federal income tax purposes, BIZNISCONSULT is classified as a subchapter S corporation. This firm company employ contract associates, including Mr. Bruner Noziere, who is the Président.

Management Profile

BIZNISCONSULT’s management team has direct knowledge of the industry, extensive research experience, and professional administration skills. The BIZNISCONSULT team is Focus-service quality management handle professional staff:

Bruner Noziere, was Consultant for MEDIACOM of HAITI an ISP located in Port-au-Prince, He’s was Senior Accounting Officer at Scotiabank. He’s also has experiences with manufacturing and bank as accountant and accountant-manager.

Since Mr. Nozière decide to leave Scotiabank of Haiti, he believes that the size of the Haitian market did not have enough size to stand Hight standard business projet. Because of the small revenue per capita of less $300.00. He oriented his business and business consulting to help small businesses grow.

On December 2004 , His brother Noziere has team up in founding a new technology that will reduce the cost of the implementation by investing himself to support business. He decided to provide his expertise in Finance and Trading.Bruno who was Assistant Manager at Citibank N.A. for Haiti a member of Citigroup which is one of the greatest financial group of America. He is very valuable professional.

Finally Charly Cyriaque is one of Senior accountant who’s not believe in good project only but also good management. That why he’s Auditor guru for the firm in the Caribbean area.He has audited for Gardère and Noailles many enterprises.
